John Ihrig, inducted into the Top Gun Hall of Fame in 2010. Kevin Evans described John’s contribution to the Top Gun Senior Softball Association as ”the glue that kept the association together”. “John made things happen”. Throughout the years, John kept the Top Gun Senior Softball vision alive. He was instrumental is the life blood of the Association having served on the Board of Directors forever and a day. He assumed the role of President for over five years and is responsible for the rapid growth in membership in all age groups 50+ to 80+ year olds. John is instrumental in maintaining the solid foundation and respect that Top Gun Senior Softball has earned throughout the years. John is a solid player for his teams, holding down the hot corner and timely hitting to lead his teams to victory.
